性能用途:停爐保護(hù)劑SGR1912用于機(jī)組的檢修期的停用保護(hù),也可以用于機(jī)組的較長(zhǎng)期的停(備)用保護(hù)。在機(jī)組停爐前向水汽系統(tǒng)一次加入停爐保護(hù)劑,對(duì)停用機(jī)組有超過(guò)兩年的長(zhǎng)期防銹保護(hù)效果。該藥劑還表現(xiàn)出一定的清除表面金屬氧化物垢的能力,可減少鍋爐結(jié)垢及清潔汽輪機(jī)葉片表面,并且停爐保護(hù)劑對(duì)機(jī)組再啟動(dòng)時(shí)水質(zhì)無(wú)不利影響。
使用方法:在有條件時(shí),可增設(shè)專用的停用防銹劑的加藥系統(tǒng)(配備較大出力的加藥泵和溶液箱)。在無(wú)條件增設(shè)專用加藥系統(tǒng)時(shí),可利用原有的給水加聯(lián)氨系統(tǒng)和加磷酸鹽系統(tǒng)。
具體使用操作程序:
①在機(jī)組滑停操作前,停止向爐水加磷酸鹽以及停止向給水加聯(lián)氨;
②在確定機(jī)組滑停操作開始后,滑停至合適的熱力參數(shù),如汽包壓力8-9MPa,相應(yīng)飽和溫度300℃左右,過(guò)熱蒸汽溫度不高于500℃時(shí),啟動(dòng)相關(guān)加藥泵或相關(guān)閥門,向給水及爐水同時(shí)加入停爐保護(hù)劑,并在預(yù)定時(shí)間內(nèi)加完藥液;
③藥液加完后,用除鹽水沖洗溶液箱及加藥系統(tǒng)管道,盡可能在次熱力參數(shù)下穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行兩小時(shí),機(jī)組按正常停機(jī)過(guò)程滑停,并熱爐排放爐水;
④按水汽系統(tǒng)的水容積計(jì)算,加藥量150-250mg/L(按有效濃度計(jì)算)。。
包裝與貯運(yùn):
25kg或50kg的塑料桶包裝;在陰涼干燥處存放,并遠(yuǎn)離氧化劑和酸性物質(zhì)。停爐保護(hù)劑在運(yùn)輸與存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程中,必須嚴(yán)格防止受污染和混入雜質(zhì),室溫存儲(chǔ)12月以內(nèi)。
安全與防護(hù):
操作時(shí)注意勞動(dòng)保護(hù),應(yīng)避免與皮膚、眼睛等接觸,接觸后立即用大量清水沖洗。

Performance use: the furnace stop protection agent SGR1912 is used for the stop protection of the unit maintenance period, and can also be used for the long-term stop (standby) protection of the unit. Add the furnace shutdown protective agent to the water vapor system before the unit furnace shutdown, which has a long-term rust prevention and protection effect on the unit for more than two years. The agent also shows a certain ability to remove the surface metal oxide scale, can reduce the boiler scale and clean the steam turbine blade surface, and stop the furnace protective agent has no adverse impact on the water quality when the unit is restarted.
Use method: when conditions permit, a special dosing system for stopping rust prevention agent (equipped with a large dosing pump and solution box can be added). When the special dosing system is added unconditionally, the original water feeding system and phosphate feeding system can be used.
Specific use of operating procedures:
① Stop adding phosphate to the furnace water and stop adding the ammonia to the feed water before the sliding stop operation of the unit;
② After determining the sliding stop operation of the unit, the sliding stop to the appropriate thermal parameters, such as the drum pressure of 8-9MPa, the corresponding saturation temperature is about 300℃, the superheated steam temperature is not higher than 500℃, start the relevant dosing pump or related valve, add the shutdown protective agent to the supply water and furnace water at the same time, and add the drug liquid within the predetermined time;
③ After adding the liquid, wash the solution box and the dosing system pipeline with desalinated water, and run stably for two hours under the secondary thermal parameters as far as possible. Stop the unit according to the normal shutdown process, and discharge the furnace water from the furnace;
④ According to the water volume of the water vapor system, 150-250 mg/L (calculated by effective concentration).
Packaging and storage:
25kg or 50kg plastic barrels; store in a cool, dry place and stay away from oxidants and acid. In the process of transportation and storage, the furnace stop protective agent must be strictly prevented from contamination and mixed with impurities, and must be stored at room temperature within 12 months.

Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with the skin and eyes, and rinse with a lot of water immediately after contact.
